Please welcome Panama's first PADI Course Director Eddie Ibarra. Located at Starfleet Scuba in Bocas Del Toro, we have just finished our May Instructor Training Program with a 100% success rate. We are inviting new applicants to join us for the next PADI Instructor Development Course starting on November 4th, 2011 following with the Instructor Examination on November 17th, and 18th 2011.
